- 6 slices of bacon, diced
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
- In a large pot, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pot.
- Add the diced chicken to the pot and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, dried thyme, and dried rosemary to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked chicken and bacon back to the pot. Bring the soup to a simmer and let cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
