Ingredients

  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sautee onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add beef shanks and bone marrow and cook until browned on all sides.

  5. Add water and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Add corn, carrot, and potato and continue simmering for another 30 minutes.
  8. Remove beef shanks and bone marrow from the pot and set aside.
  9. Add bok choy to the pot and cook until wilted.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
