- Remove the mutton paya from the pot and blend the rest of the mixture until smooth.
- Strain the mixture and add the blended mixture to the pot.
- Add the mutton paya back to the pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
