Method
- Place the beef brisket in a large pot with the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and 6 cups of water.

- Return the sliced beef to the pot.

- Add the Shin instant noodles to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked through.
- Add the chopped scallions, bean sprouts, and sliced mushrooms to the pot. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the soup hot with the boiled and sliced eggs on top.
