- 1 whole chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped

- 1 bay leaf

- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 8 cups of water
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Method
- Cut the chicken into pieces and remove the skin.
