  • 10 small pieces of dried tangerine peel
  • 10 cups water

Method

  1. Clean the chicken and remove the excess fat. Rinse the dried abalones and set aside.

  3. Fill the double boiler with water until it reaches the top of the inner pot.

  5. Place the double boiler on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat.
  6. Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for 4 hours.
  7. After 4 hours, turn off the heat and let the soup cool down slightly.
  8. Using a strainer, strain the soup into a bowl, discarding the solids.
  9. Season the soup with salt to taste.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
