- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 package of rice noodles
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Fresh lime wedges
- Sliced jalapenos

Method
- Heat the pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth, cinnamon stick, and star anise to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and shred them using two forks. Set aside.
- Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the pot. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
