- 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

Method
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add the tomatoes and blanch for 2-3 minutes.

- Return the soup to the pot and add fresh cream, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes and serve hot.
