- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 cup acini di pepe pasta

Method
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well. 2.
