- 2 yellow onions, chopped
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped

- 1 cup of heavy cream

Method
To make this recipe, follow these steps:- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the tops off of the garlic heads and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the garlic is soft.
- Remove the garlic from the oven and let it cool.
- In a large pot, sauté the onions in olive oil until they are translucent.
- Add the potatoes and vegetable stock to the pot and bring to a boil.
